Stress relief before plating. All key and important parts with a maximum tensile strength greater than 1034Mpa should be stress relieved at 200±10℃ for more than 1 hour before plating. Carburized or surface quenched parts should be stress relieved at 140±10℃ for 5 hours. above.
The cleaning agent used for cleaning should have no effect on the bonding strength of the coating and no corrosion on the substrate.
Acid activation The acid activation solution should be able to remove rust products and oxide films (skin) on the surface of parts without excessive corrosion to the substrate.
Galvanizing Galvanizing can use zincate galvanizing or chloride galvanizing and other processes. Appropriate additives should be used to obtain a coating that meets the requirements of this standard.
After light plating, light processing should be carried out.
Parts that require hydrogen removal for passivation should be passivated after hydrogen removal. Before passivation, 1% H2SO4 or 1% hydrochloric acid should be used for activation for 5 to 15 seconds. Unless otherwise specified on the design drawings,passivation shall be by color chromate treatment.

Electro galvanized iron wire is mainly used in construction as binding wire, express way fencing as fencing wire, binding of flowers as wire ties in the garden and yard, and wire mesh making as weaving wires，Communication devices, medical treatment equipment, weaving of wire mesh, making of brushes, steel rope, filter wire mesh, high pressure pipes, construction, arts and crafts, etc.
