Hot dipped galvanized small coil wire: Firstly, the metal wire is cold drawn to the expected wire diameter by professional equipment. Then annealed and cooled to make black annealed wire. After the black annealed wire is decontaminated, it is dipped in molten zinc solution for a period of time to form a dense zinc layer on its surface. Finally, the galvanized wire is coiled into small coil shape by professional equipment.
Electro galvanized small coil wire: Firstly, the metal wire is cold-drawn to the required wire diameter by professional equipment. Then annealed and cooled to make annealed black wire. After the black wire is decontaminated, it is immersed in an electrolytic solution containing zinc salts for a period of time. A zinc layer is formed on its surface through a displacement reaction. Finally, the galvanized wire is rolled into small coil shape with professional equipment.
PVC coated small coil wire: After the hot dipped galvanized small coil wire or electro galvanized small coil wire is obtained according to the above steps, a layer of PVC is covered on its surface. Finally, the PVC coated wire is coiled into the shape of a small coil through professional equipment.
