Introduction：
PVC coated iron wire is a type of metal wire. It involves coating the wire with a layer of PVC, a plastic that adds a protective layer against corrosion, rust and weathering.

As binding wire: PVC coated iron wire can be used as bundling wire to hold items in place, as it can change shape to suit a variety of needs.
As raw materials: PVC coated iron wire can also be used as a raw material for the production of various metal products, such as PVC coated barbed wire, PVC coated welded wire mesh and so on.

According to the different production processes, PVC coated iron wire can be divided into the following two categories:
Inner hot dipped galvanized PVC coated iron wire: The metal wire is first cold drawn to the desired wire diameter by specialized equipment. It is then annealed and cooled to make black iron wire. After the black iron wire is decontaminated, it is soaked in molten zinc solution for a period of time, and a dense zinc layer will be formed on its surface. Finally, the surface is covered with a layer of PVC.
Inner electro galvanized PVC coated iron wire: The metal wire is first cold drawn to the desired wire diameter by specialized equipment. It is then annealed and cooled to make black iron wire. After the black iron wire is decontaminated, it is immersed in an electrolyte containing zinc salts for a period of time. A zinc layer is formed on its surface by a displacement reaction. Finally, the surface is covered with a layer of PVC.
