Welded wire mesh is mostly used for plastering and strengthening internal and external walls in construction sites, and the specifications used vary depending on the region and design institute's request. Generally, the conventional specifications are: 1.5 cm hole and 2 cm hole, and the wire diameter is between 0.4-0.9 mm. Welded wire mesh is commonly used for thermal insulation of exterior and interior walls of buildings, with the purpose of effectively avoiding cracks, hollowing, and scattered skin on walls. Another advantage of using wire mesh for installation is that it has good plastering and reinforcement performance.
Fixing pipes: Laying welded wire mesh outside the thermal insulation layer and using nylon ties to fix the pipes has the advantages of faster construction speed, more accurate positioning, and good overall effect of the pipe device. The ability to bear some loads in the air has been strengthened. In rooms with large air loads such as processing workshops and garages, welded mesh for floor heating can improve the overall strength of the air structural layer, prevent cracks and collapses in the air, and thus avoid cracks in the air. It is better to place the welded wire mesh on top of the pipe and in the middle of the concrete (the reasons for cracking of the tiles in the air are that the welded wire mesh is not used, and the second reason is that the concrete pouring in the air is too thin, and the concrete pouring should be above 4-5cm).
Above the coil, the electric welding mesh is used to backfill and maintain the ground heating coil. The function of the electric welding mesh is to dissipate heat more evenly, turning the heat source into a surface heat source, thereby expanding the heat dissipation area and increasing the average area of the heat dissipation surface dispersion, thereby increasing thermal stability. Currently, heating is better than not adding, but placing it on or under the pipe has no adverse effect. The size of the grid depends on the size of the pipe, and the spacing between coils is also different. The welded wire mesh is used for crack resistance. Due to the fierce heat expansion and contraction of the ground heating, it is easy to crack in the air, so it is necessary to add a welded wire mesh for crack resistance. Generally, 200200 cold drawn wire with a diameter of 4mm is used in engineering.
