Introduction：
Galvanized welded wire mesh is a kind of metal mesh that is welded together with mutual vertical metal wire to form a grid-like pattern. The term "galvanized" refers to the process of applying a layer of zinc at the surface of the metal wire to prevent corrosion and rusting.
Galvanized welded wire mesh is a versatile material that has many applications in various fields. Here are some common uses:

According to the different production processes, it can be divided into 4 categories:
Hot dipped galvanized welded wire mesh before welding: First, anneal the mental wire and decontaminate it. Then, dip it in the molten zinc solution for a period of time, and a tight zinc layer will be formed on its surface. Finally, weld the wire mesh according to the preset mesh specifications.

Then, immersed in electrolyte solution containing zinc salt for a period of time, a zinc layer will be formed on its surface by a displacement reaction. Then weld the wire mesh according to the preset mesh specifications.
Electro galvanized welded wire mesh after welding: First, anneal the mental wire and decontaminate it. Then, weld the wire mesh according to the preset mesh specifications. Finally, immerse it in electrolyte solution containing zinc salt for a period of time, a zinc layer will be formed on its surface by a displacement reaction.
