Introduction：
IOWA barbed wire, also known as normal twist barbed wire, is a kind of barbed wire. It consists of two strands of twisted metal wire with barbs. And it is called IOWA barbed wire because the inventor first made it in IOWA.
Because of its special product properties, IOWA barbed wire is often used as a safety protection tool. Here are some of its common applications:
In agriculture: IOWA barbed wire can be used as fencing for cattle and livestock to provide animals with a safe growing area. Besides, it can also be used to divide planting areas for land fences and crop protection.
In security: IOWA barbed wire is usually used along the walls around homes or companies for locations with security requirements.
According to the different production processes, IOWA barbed wire can be divided into the following three catalogs:
Hot dipped galvanized IOWA barbed wire: After the metal wire is annealed, decontaminated, and dipped in molten zinc solution for a period of time, a tight zinc layer will be formed on its surface. Then fix the barbs on the two normal twisted galvanized wire.
Electro galvanized IOWA barbed wire: After the metal wire is annealed, decontaminated, and immersed in electrolyte solution containing zinc salt for a period of time, a zinc layer will be formed on its surface by a displacement reaction. Then fix the barbs on the two normal twisted galvanized wire.
PVC coated IOWA barbed wire: After hot dipped galvanized wire or electro galvanized wire is obtained according to the above steps, cover it with a layer of PVC material. Then fix the barbs on the two normal twisted PVC coated wire.
